What is a risk assessment?
The risk assessment covers all areas of well-being at work such as health, safety, psychosocial aspects, ergonomics and occupational hygiene. Premed's prevention advisers analyse your work environment through visits, risk analyses and discussions, and review the health of your employees through medical examinations. We pay extra attention to the specific risks associated with your business activities. We provide clear advice on the measures to be taken and list the priorities, so you can develop an effective prevention plan.
Is a risk assessment mandatory?
The Welfare Act stipulates that as an employer you are obliged to take all measures to ensure your employees work in safe working conditions. To know which measures are necessary, all risks must first be identified. This analysis is carried out at three levels: at the organisational level, departmental level and individual employee level. Creating a risk assessment requires an expert approach with the necessary knowledge of legislation. Premed has this expertise in-house and unburdens small and large organisations by taking over the risk assessment and formulating the necessary advice.
