For these companies [1], the minimum frequency of the periodic company visit is 24 months. This periodic company visit is always planned in mutual consultation.
During this periodic company visit, an assessment and updating of the hazards and risks will take place according to the employer's risk assessment and as identified during the tour. Advice and guidance will be provided on which functions and workstations require occupational medical health surveillance. Additional advice will also be formulated on additional assignments and tasks to supplement the identification document.
For companies that have recently joined Premed, an exploratory company visit will be planned and carried out as soon as possible. This exploratory visit will take place no later than 1/1/2024.
