Changes to the Work Accidents Act regarding the disproportionately increased risks

A change has occurred in the Royal Decree of 23 December 2008 implementing the industrial accidents act in connection with disproportionately increased risks.

The new Royal Decree provides for 2 changes to improve the operation of the system.
