Winter is approaching, and that often means we prefer to keep the windows in the workplace closed to keep the cold out. However, this can pose a problem for indoor air quality. In closed spaces without sufficient ventilation, harmful substances accumulate faster, including the CO2 we exhale. Too high a concentration of CO2 can lead to fatigue, loss of concentration, and even health complaints such as headaches and dizziness.

On October 1, 2023, the Dismissal Decree was introduced, an amendment to the Provincial Decree and the Local Government Decree, which made it possible to dismiss permanent staff members at local and provincial governments.
This happened in the same way as with contractual staff members, according to the rules of the Employment Contracts Act.

The FPS has extracted all document models that an external prevention service must use from the annex of the respective legal texts. The current way of working consists of simply publishing the documents on the FPS website.
