Do you want to know how many psychosocial cases our psychosocial aspects prevention advisers have handled in recent years?

We can tell you that 7 out of 10 cases still revolve around conflict, bullying, or stress/burnout.

We (and by extension all external services for prevention and protection at work) work from our mission at an organisational level, preventively and often structurally, on well-being at work. Every year, we conduct many risk analyses. In addition, we also organize many training courses regarding psychosocial aspects in the workplace.  

It is always better to prevent ill-being than to cure it. We do this not only at the individual employee level but also at the organisational level: the very best way to prevent is to set up a real well-being policy within the organisation.
