It remains a pertinent question: what is the psychological impact of this pandemic crisis?

And especially: how can you, as an employer, offer good support for employees who are struggling with fear, stress or uncertainty?

Do you want to know if the psychosocial well-being policy you implement is sufficiently developed and offers enough support for your employees?

You can use our psychosocial policy checklist for this. It contains the minimum legal obligations, this checklist will help you get started with a policy-based approach to psychosocial well-being.

Also be sure to take a look at the Premed extranet. If you are looking for additional information to take action or want to raise awareness among your employees, you can find various brochures, guidelines, sample documents and tools to shape the psychosocial well-being policy. We also provide open training courses or customised training courses on these topics.

If you have further questions about this, wish for tailored advice, or want us to help build your mentally healthy workplace, do not hesitate to contact the psychosocial team via psychosociale@premed.be or by replying to this message.

We are happy to assist you in working towards a mentally healthy workplace!
