In 2022, Premed participated for the first time in the VOKA Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship (VCDO) and was rewarded with the sustainability certificate. Last June 13, our general director Luc Hons received the award together with other laureates from the Flemish Brabant region.
VOKA, the Flemish network of enterprises, grants the sustainability charter to companies that are actively engaged in promoting socially responsible entrepreneurship. These companies must contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. In 2022, VOKA assisted no fewer than 330 companies in their pursuit of greater sustainability.
By participating in this charter, Premed aims to make progress on economic, sociological, and ecological levels. The sustainability objectives are the compass for a future-oriented and sustainable corporate policy. The charter offers the necessary challenge and structure to work on this.
In 2022, Premed committed itself to developing and completing 12 sustainable actions. These were all based on the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
For 2023, Premed has once again developed sustainable initiatives and committed itself to supporting all clients with its expertise in the field of well-being at work. This is done with special attention to those who, in turn, strive to achieve their sustainable development goals.
