In that case, you may be able to benefit from individual customization. With the help of individual customization premiums, you can compensate for any extra costs for the organisation resulting from the disability, as well as the costs for workplace guidance.
From July 3, employers and self-employed persons can apply for individual customization for employees with a recognized disability.
Individual customization is intended for employers who hire a person with a recognized disability, and for self-employed persons with a recognized disability.
Two types of premiums are available: a wage premium and a guidance premium.
These are both combinable and are intended to compensate for any extra costs or lower productivity due to the disability.
