Apply for a workability voucher and focus on workable work
Focusing on workable work is a win-win for both employers and employees. Employees stay employed longer and with more 'enthusiasm' and organisations can count on driven, competent and thus more productive employees, which benefits the efficiency of the organisation.
This year, you can also apply for a workability voucher and an increase in the SME portfolio to shift up a gear in terms of workable work. With this voucher, you can receive up to 9,000 euros in support.

What can you apply for a workability voucher for?
With a workability voucher, you can have a scan performed. This concerns, for example, measuring stress at work, employee motivation, and learning opportunities. Based on the results of the scan, you can, as an organisation, draw up an action plan. You can purchase advice, guidance, and/or training for adjustments to the work organisation, competence strengthening to enable workable work, and addressing a policy around psychological well-being.

Applying for a workability voucher is easy via the website. To help you with this, you can watch instructional videos or consult the manual.
Please note, the current call is open until July 31, 2024. The call is permanently open until the available budget of 3 million euros is exhausted. Eligible actions can only be carried out during the project period, which runs until August 31, 2024, at the latest. No project can exceed this date.
The workability voucher is only available for organisations that have not yet used it before January 1, 2024. We want to reach organisations that are still in their infancy in making their workplace workable. We hope to motivate them with this voucher and give them a push in the right direction.
