Vanaf 2023 zal er een nieuwe ISO norm zijn rond veiligheidsschoenen. In de ISO 20345:2021 norm (NBN EN ISO 20345:2022) zijn er vooral bijkomende opties rond de veiligheid van de schoen, maar ook het ergonomische aspect van de schoen opgenomen. Schoenen die voldoen aan de oude ISO norm (ISO 20345:2011) kunnen nog maximaal 6 jaar gebruikt worden.
The whistleblower scheme: an overview

The Whistleblower Scheme (B.S. 16/12/2022) entails several obligations.
For legal entities with more than 250 employees (and for legal entities in the financial sector), these obligations are to be implemented from 15/02/2023.
Legal entities with 50 to 249 employees are granted an extension until 17/12/2023.

Confidential adviser or internal prevention adviser as a reporting point for whistleblowers?
