Labour inspection campaign in the Transport and courier activities and Food and beverage industry sectors

Between mid-March 2022 and late June 2022, the labor inspectorate (AD Supervision of Well-being at Work) will conduct an inspection campaign in the Transport and courier activities and Food and beverage industry sectors to check the extent to which ergonomics has been developed in the well-being policy of these companies and to raise awareness about addressing the prevention of health risks to the back and upper limbs. This campaign is taking place on the initiative of the SLIC (Senior Labour Inspection Committee) and will be held across Europe.

On January 1, 2022, the new Royal Decree on company visits and policy advice will come into effect. This will bring the services provided by external prevention services regarding company visits into line with the legislation on the amended tariff regulation that came into force in 2016.
Periodicity company visit C- and D companies tariff group 3, 4 and 5

For your company (SME from tariff group 3, 4 and 5), the minimum frequency of the periodic company visit is 24 months. This means that you will receive an invitation for a company visit via email from us, Premed, every 2 years. As it is a legal obligation that a company visit is carried out by us, Premed, we ask you to respond to this invitation.
Frequency of company visits for C and D companies, tariff group 1 and 2

For your company (SME from tariff group 1 and 2), the minimum frequency of the periodic company visit is 36 months. This means that you will receive an invitation for a company visit via email from us, Premed, every 3 years. Since it is a legal obligation that a company visit is carried out by us, Premed, we ask you to respond to this invitation.
Frequency business visit A - B - C+ companies

For your company, the minimum frequency of the periodic company visit is 24 months. This periodic company visit is always planned in mutual consultation.
