Every year, every employer is legally obliged to have completed the IDPB annual report by April 1st at the latest and to keep it available for the Regional Directorate for Supervision of Well-being at Work. Do not hesitate to register for our free information session if you need help with this.

What is in the annual report?

It is a report on the operation and the activities of your Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work during the preceding year. The content of the annual report is determined by the legislator.

Specifically?

The annual report brings together all data from the past year on the safety and health of employees in your company, such as statistical data on occupational accidents, the well-being actions undertaken, the structure of prevention and protection in your organisation, and information about the External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work.

Where can you obtain a copy?

The various types of forms for the annual report can be downloaded with the necessary explanations from the website of the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue.

When to complete?

Every company must prepare this annual report by April 1st at the latest. The completed form no longer needs to be sent to the inspection but it must always be available (electronically or on paper).

Who fills it in?

The employer must, possibly with the help of the internal prevention adviser, fill in all data on the document. Premed's activity report helps you to complete a number of sections of this annual report.

You can find this activity report on our extranet under documents - correspondence.

More information or help needed?

Do you have questions about the annual report? A lot of information can be found on the website of the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue in the explanatory note.

But of course you can always also send an email to info@premed.be listing all your specific questions. One of our prevention advisers will then contact you and answer your questions.

Or you can simply register for one of our free information sessions that take place on February 24 & March 5
